We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Joan’s suite of workplace management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients
- Present and demonstrate Joan’s products to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients & channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position Joan’s portfolio
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or workplace solutions.
- Fluent in English and preferably one other language like Spanish, French or German.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
