📌 What You’ll Do
As our Product Manager, you will:
- Collaborate on product planning, working closely with the team to define and refine the roadmap.
- Understand and analyze customer needs through research, feedback, and industry trends.
- Prepare product specifications—translate customer pain points into clear, actionable requirements.
- Use Figma to structure and communicate product ideas—no need to be a designer, just comfortable working with it.
- Collaborate across teams (development, UX, marketing, sales, support) to bring ideas to life.
- Communicate upcoming features to customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Analyze product performance and use data to drive improvements.
- Stay ahead of market trends to keep our solutions innovative and competitive.
🛠 What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Comfort using Figma to structure and present ideas (no deep design skills needed).
- A strong ability to turn customer insights into actionable product plans.
- Experience in product planning and execution—you know how to get things done.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- A data-driven mindset—comfortable making decisions based on research and analytics.
- Fluent in English.

- Background in UX development—understanding user flows and designing intuitive experiences.
- Experience working on B2B SaaS products or workplace technology.
