📌 What You’ll Do

As our Product Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate on product planning, working closely with the team to define and refine the roadmap.
  • Understand and analyze customer needs through research, feedback, and industry trends.
  • Prepare product specifications—translate customer pain points into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Use Figma to structure and communicate product ideas—no need to be a designer, just comfortable working with it.
  • Collaborate across teams (development, UX, marketing, sales, support) to bring ideas to life.
  • Communicate upcoming features to customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth adoption.
  • Analyze product performance and use data to drive improvements.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to keep our solutions innovative and competitive.

🛠 What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Comfort using Figma to structure and present ideas (no deep design skills needed).
  • A strong ability to turn customer insights into actionable product plans.
  • Experience in product planning and execution—you know how to get things done.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A data-driven mindset—comfortable making decisions based on research and analytics.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Experience in user research and gathering customer insights.
  • Background in UX development—understanding user flows and designing intuitive experiences.
  • Experience working on B2B SaaS products or workplace technology.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
