2024 has been an exciting year for Visionect. Our team has strengthened partnerships and launched projects they’ve put so much heart into. Our efforts have earned industry recognition and introduced us to new clients, expanding Place & Play e-paper digital signage use cases across new industries.

ISO Certification

One of our proudest achievements in 2024 was earning the ISO/IEC 27001 certification, which underscores our dedication to maintaining the highest standards in information security and operational excellence. This milestone reassures our customers that their personal and sensitive data and our systems are in the best possible hands. 

2024 Event Highlights

We took the stage at some of the year’s most influential technological events, including:  

• Digital Signage Summit Europe (DSSE) 2024: Where sustainability and innovation were at the forefront.
• ISE 2024: Showcasing our versatile e-paper energy-efficient displays to a global audience.
• LookBeyond 2024: Featuring insights from our very own Miroslav Vučković, who explored the future of digital signage in a dynamic talk.

Other mentionable events our team attended include Digital Design Days, The React Conference, Nabavni vrh 2024, Electronica 2024, and DevOpsDays Ljubljana.

These events provided incredible opportunities to share our expertise, gather feedback, and connect with others who are shaping the industry. Up next is ISE 2025 where Visionect’s Magdalena Bogatinovska, Sales and Marketing Project Manager, will take the stage with insights into the latest trends and the future of low-power digital signage.

Sustainable Digital Signage Across Industries

2024 was packed with exciting projects demonstrating Visionect’s solutions’ versatility. Our displays made waves across industries from transforming the OPA Venue into a state-of-the-art space to collaborating with one of the world’s largest cruise lines. We also brought innovation to museums and retail environments, proving that e-paper technology can enhance visitor and customer experiences everywhere.

Digital Signage Experience Awards

We were thrilled to be named a finalist for the Digital Signage Experience (DSE) Awards in the Education category for our A-Design project. This recognition celebrates our dedication to delivering meaningful solutions that push the boundaries of what e-paper digital signage is capable of.

Customer Satisfaction That Speaks Volumes

Customer happiness is at the heart of everything we do. This year, we achieved an outstanding Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 92%, far surpassing the industry average of 78%. Whether it’s through our products, services, or support, we’re committed to delivering experiences that delight our customers every step of the way.

Pushing Innovation With New CMS Features

We enhanced our Place & Play content management system (CMS) this year with new templates and features that simplify content management. Plus, we ensured seamless compatibility with leading platforms like Centoview, Wallboard, ​​Easescreen, and Appspace, making it easier than ever for customers to integrate Visionect into their workflows.

Joan Workplace Management Recap

Joan, a brand of Visionect e-paper digital displays, had an outstanding 2024. The system earned recognition as the world’s #1 meeting room booking system by G2 and launched the innovative Joan 6 RE with an upgraded e-ink display and extended battery life. Committed to sustainability, Joan planted trees for every device sold and Visionect as a whole embraced a four-day workweek to boost employee well-being. With a refreshed website and enhanced product features, Joan continues to lead in creating seamless workplace solutions.
